Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Ardor & Dust. Each artwork is slow-made, hand- embellished, and created especially for you. Because of the custom nature of our piece, we want to ensure our policy is clear, fair, and transparent.

Custom Artwork Policy

All Ardor & Dust pieces are made-to-order and fully customised using your chosen photo. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

Change of Mind

As each artwork is personalised and crafted uniquely for you, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or if you select an incorrect photo, size, or border option.

We highly encourage checking your photo selection and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damage or Incorrect Orders

We want your artwork to reach you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

We will happily offer a replacement if the fault is confirmed.

Photo Quality Responsibility

The final artwork will reflect the quality of the photo provided.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Low- resolution images
  • Blurry or pixelated photos
  • Dark or heavily edited images
  • Screenshot or cropped photos

If a photo is not suitable, we will inform you before we begin the artwork.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, shipping delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.

We cannot offer refunds for courier delays, missed deliveries, or returned-to-sender parcels due to incorrect addresses.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as lost by the courier, we will send a replacement artwork at no cost.

Refund Eligibility Summary

You are eligible for a replacement (not a refund) if:

  • Your artwork arrives damage
  • Your artwork was made incorrectly (wrong size, wrong border, wrong photo)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect photo provided
  • Low-quality images
  • Courier delays or missed deliveries
  • Used promo codes or sale orders
